      Description:   
      Client is a long-term care facility (assisted living and skilled nursing) 
located in northern Cincinnati. The Charge Nurse will be responsible for the 
training and education of new hire CNAs, delivery of clinical care to 
residents, act as a liaison and communicate with physicians and family members 
on an as-needed basis. Will also communicate with food services, social 
services and therapy services to ensure complete care of each resident in this 
24-bed unit. Will directly supervise 6-7 CNAs. Salary for LPN: 
$17.50--$19.00/hour. Salary for RN: $22.50--$24.50/hour plus a sign-on bonus.  
      Requirements:   
      MUST have long-term care experience and be local to the Cincinnati area.
