[jsfg_cinti] Cancellation of Project Management Workshop

Unfortunately there were not enough registrants for the scheduled Project
Management Workshop.  Therefore, the class is being cancelled at this time.
I will stay in contact with Tracy Sterling to see if we can hold the
workshop at a future date.
