      Summary: Lead Position in the Regional Service Call Center Energetic, 
Customer focused Leadership position Responsibilities: The Service Center 
Director will have the overall responsibility for managing all customer 
operations for a 350-400 seat call center. This responsibility includes 
developing and implementing plans to support the Service Organization's vision, 
mission, strategy and critical success factors. Will be held responsible for 
policyholder retention, customer satisfaction and quality of customer contact 
as well as operational efficiency and achieving or exceeding all performance 
targets. The Site Director will be responsible for providing vision and 
strategic direction for the Customer Service Center. Also will be held 
accountable for managing the budget within the site. The Regional Service 
Center currently handles claims, billing and policy inquiries for SBI and SPI 
customers and agents. Qualifications: Three to five years of call center and 
management experience. Knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance products. 
Must be energetic, strategic-minded, and customer service oriented. Ability to 
build and maintain a culture that focuses on employee development and morale 
within a high performance environment. Demonstrated decision-making and problem 
solving ability combined with analytical, quantitative and creative skills. 
Possess knowledge of current learning/management/motivational techniques, and 
performance management theories
