The facility is a 450+ seat inbound call center in Knoxville, TN. It is a
business to business environment, no cold calling residential. It is a
24-7-365 operation as their clients are businesses spread coast-to-coast. The
client is a well established company that is constantly expanding.
They are seeking an experienced director who is well versed in customer
satisfaction assurance and all of the monitoring and tracking that is needed to
control the process.
The pay scale is $80,000 to $95,000 with a full array of benefits including
Health, Dental, Life and 401(k).
