      MARKET-LEADING SUPPLIER TO NURSING HOME MARKET HAS IMMEDIATE NEED FOR A 
REGIONAL CUSTOMER RETENTION MANAGER TO COVER SOUTHERN OHIO, KENTUCKY, 
TENNESSEE, AND WEST VIRGINIA. EXCELLENT COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES BASE OF 
$60K+, BONUS IN $20K-$30K RANGE, CAR ALLOWANCE, EXPENSES, AND BENEFITS. This 
position is responsible for maintaining the KY, TN, S. OH, WV nursing home 
customer base for national supplier. The customer retention manager will be the 
key liaison between the existing customer base and the operations and sales 
organizations. He/she is responsible for early identification and resolution of 
issues that could cause customer loss. This includes regular visits to key 
customers throughout the territory, communication of issues to operations, and 
development of solutions to maintain the customer base. THIS POSITION HAS 
EXCEPTIONAL CAREER GROWTH POTENTIAL. Territory includes the States of Kentucky, 
Tennessee, West Virginia and Southern Ohio. Good locations for this position 
include Cincinnati and Lexington, but anywhere in the territory will be 
considered. No relocation - local candidates only. Significant travel 
necessary.  
      Requirements:   
      CANDIDATES MUST HAVE DEMONSTRATED SUCCESS IN THE NURSING HOME MARKET, 
PREFERABLY IN KY, TN, S. OH, or WV. Nursing or administrator experience in 
nursing homes a big advantage; sales experience into long term care necessary. 
Good sales and communications skills essential. Medical supplies and/or 
pharmaceutical background a plus. Must have ability to manage company-customer 
interface. Relationship-building skills key. Business acumen necessary.
