      The Associate / Business Support Manager is responsible for providing the 
Kroger Team with expertise, analysis and support for category management and 
evaluation. Projects include category overviews, along with delivering analysis 
and recommendations for merchandising, item selection, pricing, and promotion 
initiatives. ¨ Utilize Consumer Insight work (and CIMs) to link Walgreens 
opportunities with Co. strategies ¨ Utilize all relevant sales tools (Panel 
data, Spectra, IRI. to develop opportunities) ¨ Benchmark best practices at 
other key customers to identify major volume opportunities ¨ Work with team and 
customer to develop and execute tactics to drive growth ¨ Develop and maintain 
a strong working relationship with Kroger Category and Space Management 
Departments to improve at-store merchandising. ¨ Develop electronic planograms 
for Kroger categories to improve and maintain brands' shelf presence. ¨ Where 
opportunities exist, work with Team and customer on store specific and cluster 
marketing to improve category and brand sales. ¨ Develop category and market 
overview to support planogram recommendation. ¨ Link to HQ Customer Marketing 
to leverage research and tools.  
      Requirements:   
      Current role with a CPG Manufacturer in a Territory Sales or Kroger 
support role. Minimum of 2yrs current CPG industry experience is required to be 
considered. Person must be able to pull down Syndicated Data, Compose a 
Fact-Based Presentation and deliver it to the buyers. Excellent computer skills 
and current experience in Category Management is required. Space Management is 
a plus. Self-starter with strong desire to progress quickly with a leader in 
CPG. Open to relocation for future opportunities. Must be Bachelors degreed 
with a stable history and demonstrated successes within assigned accounts. 
Kroger HQ experience is desired !
