The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport has an opening in the
Building Maintenance Department for an Overhead Door Building Maintenance
Specialist.  This position is for first shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00a.m. -
3:30 p.m.

A Building Maintenance Specialist/Overhead Door Specialist, under general
supervision, performs skilled and semi-skilled work in the service, repair
and preventive maintenance of all overhead/roll-up type doors.  Repairs all
types of overheads roll-up and all other entry type doors; maintains an
accurate and proper inventory of repair parts and panels; organizes and
stocks service truck; establishes a working preventive maintenance program
for the doors listed above and maintain accurate records; assist and learn
all other fields within Building Maintenance; operates the Glycol and FMS
systems.

The applicant must have a high school education or equivalent with (5) five
years professional experience as an overhead door technical ability to
establish, refer to and maintain records on computerized program. Must hold
and maintain a valid operators license.  Knowledge of the tools , materials
and methods used in overhead door repair and installation.  Ability to learn
and assist with other lock department tasks such as door hardware
installation and repair.  Establish and maintain effective working
relationships, both internal and external; must maintain a high level of
integrity to meet the confidentially and security standards of lock system.
