[jsfg_cinti] Behavioral Interviewing Practice -- Workshop on Monday, July 27 12:30 - 2:30

Lisa Kappesser, president of EQ Coaching Solutions and a frequent JSFG
presenter, will present a workshop aimed at giving you practice in dealing
with Behavioral Interviews.  Behavioral Interviews feature questions that
ask you to recount how you handled certain situations in the past.  This
type of question isn't hypothetical - you need to actually tell a story from
your past to respond appropriately.  Lisa will give you insight into what
the interviewer's goals are and the keys he/she is looking for in your
responses.  Emotional Intelligence skills (managing your emotions, being
aware of others) are important here, too.  You will do practice interviews
and receive feedback so you can improve.  Here are the specifics:
