[jsfg_cinti] Behavioral Interview Workshop Aug. 12

Hi All,
I'm facilitating my Behavioral Interviewing workshop again on August 12. 
You know you're in a Behavioral Interview when the interviewer starts a
question with, "Tell me about a time when...". The interviewer wants you to
dive into your past and come up with concrete stories of past behavior that
demonstrate some trait, skill, or quality the interviewer is looking for. If
you're not prepared, it won't go well, to say the very least. In this
workshop, you'll learn how to recognize and effectively communicate the
value of your past work experiences, see how you can use the same
story to highlight very different skills or accomplishments, and discover
the hidden value of listening during a Behavioral Interview.
