[jsfg_cinti] Behavior based interviewing workshop.

Just a reminder to everyone that the "Workforce" ministry at Montgomery
Assembly of God church on Pfeiffer Rd. in Montgomery will be presenting a
workshop on behavior based interviewing. For those not familiar with this
style of interviewing, it is important that you try to attend. Instead of
asking questions like - "what would you do if...." , in a behavior based
interview, you are asked "Tell me about a time when......... What did you do
in that instance? What was the result of what you did?" 

More and more companies are going to this style of interview, and you must
be prepared.

Renee Normand of Great American Insurance Company's Human Resources
Department teaches the hiring managers at GAIC how to conduct the behavior
based interview. She is modifying this presentation to address the job
seeker, and how you must be prepared.

The workshop will be held Sunday evening, September 9,2001 at Montgomery
Assembly of God, 7950 Pfeiffer Rd. The meeting will start promptly at 6:30
P.M., so come a few minutes early. Some light refreshments will be served
both during and after the workshop. We will be meeting in the fellowship
hall, which is on the second floor, in the west end of the building. There
will be signs directing you into the hall.

This workshop is FREE. No offering or donations will be taken. It is open to
all, regardless of faith.
