      This international, multi-billion dollar materials supplier is developing 
a new ceramic product for rollout within the next 3 years. They need in-house 
expertise to help them move the product from R&D into production. They need a 
key team member to help drive development from R&D and into production. You 
must have a solid theoretical grounding in ceramics, along with a strong track 
record in production of new ceramic materials. You must have at least 10 years 
of experience in industry, which should include experience with firing and 
shaping, especially pressing. If you want to work for a company offering
