      Candidate Will Be Responsible For: Senior IT/BP Outsourcing Sales 
Executive: Financial/Insurance/Banking or Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals 
Vertical. BIG 4, Top tier firm IT/BP outsourcing sales executive who identified 
and sold the big deals in Financial, Insurance/Banking or Life 
Sciences/Pharmaceuticals verticals. Outsourcing Sales hunter; individual 
contributor, either at the Director level, or possibly at the Partner level. 
The individual must have a proven track record of selling multiple Outsourcing 
deals in excess of 50M TCV. This can be IT Outsourcing, or BPO Outsourcing, or 
a combination of these core vertical areas. To be at this level, this person 
would have to have come from BIG 6-5-4, Top tier firms somewhere recently in 
their career 
      Requirements:   
      The role of the Senior Sales Executive is to identify, qualify and close 
client IT outsourcing agreements within the Financial/Insurance/Banking or Life 
Sciences/Pharmaceuticals sectors. This is a pure sales role and you must have 
been the sales lead; who has a history of finding the deals, not a member of 
the team that always comes in later. As a Senior Sales Executive you will be 
challenged to rapidly grow market share Outsourcing services. This position 
offers tremendous opportunities for personal and professional growth with one 
of the most attractive compensation packages in our industry. Responsibilities 
include: Orchestrating IT outsourcing sales cycles with Account Managers, 
Sector and Service Line Leaders and other Account Executives Identify and 
develop new business opportunities in outsourcing. Work in collaboration with 
Vice Presidents and Account Executives to create value propositions, plan sales 
cycles, and educate accounts and clients regarding the outsourcing process. 
Work with end client throughout entire sales life cycle, to create a vision and 
solution to meet the client's business needs, culminating with a win/win; 
long-term agreement between client and the client end company.
