Human Resources Generalist


 


This position provides technical support for Human Resources programs
and services.  Primary responsibilities will include employment and
recruitment, and support for  compensation and performance management
programs.  Candidates will assist with recruitment efforts to ensure job
vacancies are filled promptly with qualified candidates, participation
in various compensation and benefit surveys related to Human Resources
related programs as well as administration of the Bank's salary
administration and performance management programs. 

 

This position requires knowledge at a level normally acquired through
the completion of a Bachelor's Degree in human resources management or
business and a minimum of two years of related experience.  Prior
experience with recruitment, salary administration and performance
management required.  Intermediate skills using Microsoft Word, Access
and Excel also required.  Candidates must demonstrate professional
interpersonal skills and must maintain sensitive and confidential
information at all times.
