      Description:   
      The Bank Retail Relationship Manager will serve as the primary contact, 
manager and representative for retail bank clients. The most important aspects 
of this position are to develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs, 
and selling and promoting a broad array of financial products and services 
appropriate to those needs. An ability to successfully maintain and grow a book 
of 300-350 clients is required as well as the skills to manage non-profitable 
relationships to profitability or to alternate delivery channels. This position 
must also have a working knowledge of the area and an understanding of their 
competitors' strengths, weaknesses and product offerings. Therefore, this 
individual must live/work in the northern Indiana area around South Bend, IN. 
They will assist with the coordinating of bank promotions through a needs-based 
sales and marketing approach.  
      Requirements:   
      Must have three plus years of retail banking experience with demonstrated 
sales and customer service skills. Bachelors degree preferred. Base plus 
incentive plan. Client states last year at least 10 people within this region 
realized an incentive bonus between $20-40K. Incentive plan has no cap.
