Position: Avaya Call Center Designer / Voice Engineer

Project Requirements:

- 5 years call center & Avaya PBX experience. 
- Ability to identify needs of JPMC business units and how
they apply in a call center environment. 
- Ability to design ACD call flows within an Avaya PBX call
center and provide accurate documentation.  
- Knowledge of Avaya CMS, IVR's, CTI, VoIP technologies.

Essential Skills:

- Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & Project

Essential Experience:

- Hands on Call Center design, application discovery. 
- Excellent communication skills, ability to speak with 
JPMC business on all levels to identify and define call 
center requirements.

Education (where applicable):

- PBX & Call Center training
