      Looking for a #2 person in a 450 person organizaed plant that will 
support the HRM.  
      Requirements:   
      We'd like someone who has about 5 years of HR-LR experience in a bigger 
plant who can move into this #2 job and be ready to take over the #1 job in 2-3 
years. We'd like to see a person with a Master's degree and PHR certification.
