TRAINING SESSION: CAREER ADVISOR ASSESSMENT TRAINING.
Companies use assessments to improve job fit and increase retention, positively 
impacting the bottom line. You can gain confidence by taking the Career Advisor 
Assessment to match your mental and personality attributes to career positions 
to which you aspire or to which you may never have considered. In addition, it 
will prepare you for the hiring process of many of the companies to which you 
apply. 
To attend the training on interpreting your CA report including the 16 traits, 
Career Potential jobs related to your scores, and development suggestions, 
follow the instructions for taking the assessment and paying the $60 fee 
offered to JSFG members. You will use the report in the training to evaluate 
your individual assessment. In addition, you will have the opportunity to 
schedule an individual appointment with Personnel Profiles? Laura McGreevy.
