Human Resources Manager 

Crescent Park Corporation, a Cincinnati based organization with 
facilities in Iowa and Illinois, is seeking a Human Resources Manager. 
Crescent Park employs over 350 employees, 300 of which work out of one 
of our three Cincinnati facilities. 

Responsibilities will be of a HR generalist nature including benefit 
sourcing, recruiting, employee relations, training/development, safety 
and workers compensation.  In addition this individual will be 
responsible for providing direction to the HR Assistant and Occupational 
Nurse.  Position based in the Cincinnati corporate office and quarterly 
travel to IA and IL sites is required.  This person will report to the 
Director of HR and Organizational Development.  Qualified candidates 
should possess a college degree and at least 2 years of generalist 
experience in a production or manufacturing facility.  PHR certification 
preferred.
