Customer Service Professional

We currently have several openings for full-time Customer Service 
Representatives within our Call Center. Customer Service Representatives 
work in a busy environment, taking calls and documenting customer 
information within our insurance system. The shift is Monday thru Friday, 
applicants must be able to work between the hours of 8 a.m to 8 p.m. (shifts 
vary).

We require excellent customer service skills, including an upbeat 
personality and problem solving abilities. Candidates MUST meet our call 
center requirements, which includes a data entry speed requirement and a 
minimum accuracy level. We prefer previous customer service experience-- and 
previous exposure to multi-tasking, fast paced work environments.

Qualified candidates must possess experience dealing with customers over the 
phone, demonstrated commitment to customer needs and to quality of service 
provided. Must be teamwork-oriented and demonstrate initiative.
