Meeting  set up: 12-14 round tables for  member seating; usual 4 long tables 
set up (in kitchen end) for training and  registration. podium at other end 
(northeast corner). Need two microphones plus  media needs of program speaker 
(overhead, power point laptop, screen, water  etc.)  For advance arrangements,  
contact  Mark Lackey (x8176); Lisa  Foley (x8174); or Lin Lytle (x8178) at 
hpcumc.  
NOTES: 
Recognize volunteers. 
Significant interest groups (SIG) who are meeting: IT,  marketing, sales, and 
finance.
