Position:                    Acrylic Sales Representative

Reports to:               Acrylic Products Group Leader

Hours of Work: M-F 8-5



Qualifications:

·          Candidate must be PC literate and have some background in data
entry in a customer service environment.

·          We would prefer someone familiar with JDE World software in an
AS400 manufacturing environment.

·          Candidate must be flexible regarding working hours. The standard
work day is 8:00 - 5:00 but on certain days more time is required.

·          The candidate must be willing to work in a fast paced environment
and must be self motivated.

·          The candidate should have proven phone skills and a basic
knowledge of the operation of normal business equipment like a copier, fax
machine and scanner.

·          A degree is preferred but not required. Work experience will be
considered.



Essential Functions:

·          Provide support to regional sales people for the Southeast,
Northeast and North Central sales territories.

·          Constant contact with customers in those territories by placing
orders, following up with delivery and pricing information.

·          Managing the customers committed inventory.

·          Working with the shipping and logistics group, including the
Southeast warehouse to ensure the timely delivery of the customer's
products.

·          Provide backup support in the acrylic group in the form of
covering for a team member in case of absence or vacation.
