Responsible for overall accounting and billing functions at CityBeat, 
including accounts receivable (advertising sales), accounts payable, 
reporting (including proprietary sales software), budget preparation and 
analysis, balance sheet and bank statement reconciliation and cashflow 
management.  Works with outside accounting firm on monthly closings and 
taxes.  Oversees one other full-time employee (who handles benefits and 
office management duties), one part-time employee and interns.  Reports 
to the co-publishers.  Benefits include health/dental and 401k plans.
