Position Overview:  The Accounting Manager shall be responsible to the
Chief Operating Officer for the proper administration of accounting
affairs of Brand Performance. 

 

Specific Responsibilities:

*       Manage and perform as needed all QuickBook accounting activities
including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Balance Sheet, Cash
Flow management and Profit and Loss statement.
*       Oversee payroll processes for organization, sales tax remittance
and HR benefit programs
*       Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analysis from
budget.
*       Upgrade accounting policies, procedures, processes and
reporting.
*       Review and implement internal accounting controls.
*       Provide departmental feedback per month and assist in developing
growth oriented incentives.
*       Determine the financial agenda, strategy and priorities.
*       Assure availability of cash flow.  Manage overall cash flow and
working capital.
*       Present financial statements to executive team.
*       Provide input on key decisions that affect the finances of the
company.
*       Resolve administrative and policy questions and conflicts
pertaining to the budget process, accounting procedures and financial
matters.

 

Required Skills:

*       A Bachelor Degree or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with
major course work in Finance and Accounting.
*       Five (5) years of experience in accounting and finance.
*       Strong technical skills including expertise in Accounting
software packages (experience using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel will
be required).
*       Ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects at one time 
*       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
