      Description:   
      You will represent the owner/developer of commercial properties in the 
process of structuring and negotiating leases. In this role, you will interface 
closely with the development, real estate, construction, 
facilities/maintenenance, operations, property/asset management, finance and 
marketing departments/functions to insure that their requirements and 
appropriate contingencies are set forth in the lease terms and conditions. This 
is an ideal foundation position from which to learn about every aspect of the 
development business and thereby be prepared to transition into other roles 
within the company if one desires to do so.  
      Requirements:   
      Degree from an accredited law school/University. Currently a member of 
the Bar. Minimum of 2 years experience dealing with commercial real estate 
leases and/or related matters. Experience with a law firm, developer, tenant or 
other property oriented corporate entity will be considered.
