Key Responsibilities:

 

Develop international business opportunities and generate qualified sales
leads for Seapine ALM solutions.

 

.         Manage the marketing communications and promotional strategies for
Seapine's global market.

.         Work with the VP of Marketing and the Seapine corporate marketing
team to identify international target audiences and create
attention-grabbing marketing programs that generate substantive leads.

.         Build and maintain international advertising and media contacts.

.         Increase overall global exposure and brand awareness by creating
effective marketing strategies.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree required, Master's a plus

 

.         Proven success marketing a high-tech product or service

.         International marketing experience a plus, enterprise software
marketing background preferred

.         Willing to do whatever it takes to succeed; innovative thinker;
timely executor

.         Current knowledge of techniques and trends in marketing and
advertising (both traditional and online)

.         Knowledge of production techniques for development of electronic
media, printed materials, and direct mail initiatives

Manager, E-Commerce Web Content to join our team.

 

The Manager, E-Commerce Web Content is responsible for developing and
managing all content to improve conversion rates, grow average order,
increase page views, and enhance brand loyalty at frontgate.com and
grandinroad.com.

 

Responsibilities

 

Position key selling themes, offers, and promotions from our catalogs to
maximize website conversion by collaborating with the Merchant and Marketing
teams.

Collect, organize, edit, tailor and revise content for use online.

Support copy and content needs for additional marketing vehicles - including
but not limited to email promotions and newsletters.

Create and improve content to drive an enhanced customer-centric user
experience, including effective cross selling/up selling, navigation and all
other content elements that influence customer perception and conversion.

Provide creative brief and direction for Internet Designers to ensure all
email creative enhances our brand image and communicates effectively to
achieve its objectives.

Develop our email marketing campaign strategy for both Frontgate and Grandin
Road with specific timing, themes, and offers to communicate via email that
balance the needs of multiple sales channels and strategic initiatives.

Develop relationships with content owners and experts to identify, gather,
organize and understand content that meets organization needs.

Develop and implement new applications to build incremental sales such as
internet exclusive shops, special collections, alternative navigation paths,
interactive design tools, and how-to guides.

Ensure appropriate substitutions are presented for significant canceled and
backorder items.

Identify and test new strategies to create a more effective and rewarding
web experience for different types of visitors using personalization.

 

Qualifications

 

5+ years of experience in E-Commerce with primary focus on communication and
managing site content and merchandising to generate sales transactions.

Excellent research, writing, editing and proofing skills.

Journalistic curiosity and energy to discover new and exciting topics for
content.

Demonstrated success in developing innovative and effective content and
strategies that make the internet both a sales and a selling channel.

High energy leader who can work independently across levels and functions.

Strong communication and excellent analytical skills.

Creative problem solver with superb attention to detail.

Team player with a strong work ethic.

BA/BS degree required.

The Future Growth Initiatives Innovation organization is searching for
Industrial Design and Graphic Design interns with a passion for design
leadership, creative strategy, and innovation. Interns will have the
opportunity to coordinate design for an exciting and breakthrough new global
product concept expected to launch into the market within six months. This
will involve collaborating closely with marketing experts, material
suppliers, innovation leaders, customer teams, and cross functional project
leaders.

 

 

Exceptional sketching & communication skill, and proficiency in Photoshop
and Illustrator are mandatory, and interns must have an excellent sense for
great design and trends.

 

 

Design candidates should have a basic understanding of human factors,
ergonomics, materials and processes. Candidates should be comfortable in
being able to carry a concept from sketches, to computer renderings. Ability
to generate tightly defined CAD models, and experience with 3D design
programs, such as Alias, Rhino, and Solid Works is a plus.

 

 

Individuals applying for this internship must currently be enrolled in a
degreed program of Visual Communications, Graphic or Industrial Design and
have completed at least one year of their education.  All candidates must be
a U.S. Citizen or national, permanent resident, refugee or asylee, or
