All,

Convergys is looking to hire a Senior Manager for a second-shift position:

- Demonstrated experience in managing large projects, including the 
responsibility for staff and budget required.
- Must be able to effectively solve client problems while adhering to 
Convergys policy and objectives.
- Must be able to resolve issues within the set time and budget constraints.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Customer service and detail oriented.
- Multi-task and maintain composure in stressful and demanding work 
environment.
- Exercise flexibility and resourcefulness in challenging and /or 
perplexing situations.
- Proficiency with various software applications such as Microsoft Word and 
Excel
- Demonstrates advanced technical aptitude and strong analytical skills
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, 
judgement, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Customer service and detail oriented
- Ability to lead and inspire
- Ability to promote the team environment, yet work individually on each 
person's career development
- Willing to accept responsibility and accountability
- Ability to resolve conflict
- Ability to work successfully with the senior management team of the 
organization
- Experience in managing functional groups.
