[jsfg_cinti] 13 WEEK UNEMPLOYMENT EXTENSION not passed

I wanted to make everyone aware, if you have not heard that the 13 WEEK 
UNEMPLOYMENT EXTENSION was not passed by this congress and will run out Dec. 
28, 2002.(you will not receive any money even if you are already on it before 
12-28-02)  I was told this by one of the people at Rob Portman office, they 
said the new congress may take this up again after the first of the year. So 
you may want to E-mail or write your Congress person if this effects you.
