Liz,
I've used xsoftspy for removing Trojans and other malicious software.
It works very well, but the free version does not let you have the
program clean the problem areas, so you must go and do that manually.
So a basic understanding of the registry will be useful so you do not
delete something that will affect your system. Always make a backup of
the registry before you modify anything so you can restore it if there
is a problem. I have not used the JAWS program with it though, not sure
how they would work together. Hope this helps.

Subject: xoftspyse software
Hi Everyone:
Has anyone had experience with the xoftspyse software for the removal of
Trojans? Is it a good and reliable software package to use? Any
information would be appreciated.
