If you don't end up finding some sort of PC-based calendar, you might consider using one at Yahoo.com. At my office, we have Outlook on all of our machines, but we don't have Exchange server, so it's difficult for us to share a public calendar and know what everybody's doing on any given day. So we have a common Yahoo ID that we log into at yahoo.com, and add our respective appointments to the calendar there. You can set the view to day, week or month, and there may be other possibilities, too. Appointment scheduling uses a straightforward web form that's fairly easy to deal with, so if you're adept at dealing with forms using JAWS it's a piece of cake. Check it out.
