Re: wordperfect rtf files

I also use WordPerfect 12. I wonder if these RTF files came to you from a Mac. Otherwise, I don't have any problems with them. I wait for the conversion process to finish, in my case a matter of seconds at most, and then press F3 to save to a file with a WPD extension. On my system, that is the default extension in "save as."
However, in the past, I did experience problems with RTF files created on a Mac. As I recall, the only solution was for the Mac user to install a program that made RTF files workable on both Mac and MS OS computers. If I'm not mistaken, that program isn't needed on recent Mac models. At any rate, I haven't encountered it for a few years.

line by line, at some point, I hear: "go to" and the various lines don't read in full. I try maximizing but it doesn't help. THe only way I can read it is to use the right cursor to read one character at a time. Any suggestions?
