RE: word count

Thanks, but neither control shift g or alt t work.
I am getting a dialog box saying include footnotes checkbox and close button. 
And I tried to navigate but its not showing me anything.
Any suggestion?

Does anyone know what is the keystroke to get word count in Microsoft word? 
Before 2010 it was f7. But I am not sure what is the new one?
