RE: windows messenger and JFW 4.51

Again, go to control panel, add/remove programs  and then click on
add/remove windows components.  Windows Messenger is one of the components
that can be unchecked.  This will uninstall it.  You can then finish the
wizzard and reboot.  At this time you can either install MSN Messenger 5.0
or just reinstall Windows Messenger and hopefully your problem will be
fixed.  You can reinstall Windows Messenger by folllowing the same steps as
before but checking the Windows Messenger component.
