RE: windows messenger and JFW 4.51

It does? I haven't been able to find it.  Norton shows up but Windows messenger 
doesn't seem to, nor does it appear in the list of running applications when I 
check there.

windows messenger does in fact show up in the system tray. it is the 
**windows messenger service** that does not show up in the system tray. 
we're talking about 2 completely different concepts here.
