Hi. JAWS has a hotkey, insert plus t that reads the title bar of the 
program in focus. Next time you play a file, press insert plus t and figure 
out what it says.  We're not going to be able to help you unless we know 
which player it actually is because each player is slightly different. It 
performs the same function but has different ways of doing things if that 
makes sense.
