Scripts are usually written for specific programs. Because all programs are
set up differently, use different parts of the screen, and have all kinds of
different attributes, it is likely that the XL scripts won't work. For a
complete list of the programs that JAWS is designed to work with, you can
consult the JAWS help section.

well in my message I stated that jaws does not work with the programming software because it seems to need scripts. I am inexperienced in these things and am waiting for replies.

I have a program for programming the radio shack scanner called win96. It is laid out like a Microsoft excel spread sheet or like the Microsoft excel program. While in the win96 program, I hit insert 6 for the configuration manager. It just said common configuration manager. Meaning that there no scripts or jaws doesn't know what to do with it. What would happen if I some how copied the scripts from excel over to this program and how can I do it.
