will an earlier jaws version work as a full version or a download

I have no more Jaws keys for 4.51 and want to put Jaws on my children's
computer.  I would prefer having a new version but know it would be just a
demo.  Can Jaws 3 be downloaded and will it be considered a full version
that won't quit after 40 minutes?  Thanks.
