RE: what is the incoming and out going server names for hotmail?

You should only have one box.  You still have to tell Outlook that you are
using an http service.  It asks you if it is MSN, Hotmail or some other
account.  Try using the "other" setting.  But again, with http, you should
only have one field, not one for incoming and outgoing.
