It depends on your speech synthesizer not on jaws.  Those sound like
Sapi 4 voices you named.  If you want a nice German voice, you can get
one for free online it's one of the old l&H ones.  I did a quick
search and came up with this website that lets you download them along
with many others for free.  Mike and Mindy included.

Btw, you can't use Mike and Mindy in German.  Wenn mann auf Deutsch
lesen will, man muss eine Deutsche Stimme benutzen.  If you want to
read in German, you need ot use a German voice.  Oh yea, and make sure
you download the engine that runs the voices while you're at it.
