Try the speech and sounds manager, found from within the set options menu of 
the configuration manager. Hope that helps.

  When I had someone come assess me for jaws software they told me 8.0 had the 
option to associate different voices with different program. I wanted to 
associate a more life-like voice for Internet Explorer but for the life of me I 
can't figure out how. Anyone able to help?
