Re: vista's "talking ability

the narator in vista is not as reliable as a full fledged screenreader. I'd recommend them eather picking up jaws, or windoweyes, for complete use of there computer.

Hi All
A friend of mine who has a computer assistance business and who knows that I 
am using Jaws, asked for my help.
This is what he wrote and because I do not use Vista, I have no idea what he 
is talking about; can only think of something similar like Narator in
windows?
Any input will be much appreciated.
