vista's "talking ability

Hi All

A friend of mine who has a computer assistance business and who knows that I
am using Jaws, asked for my help.

This is what he wrote and because I do not use Vista, I have no idea what he
is talking about; can only think of something similar like Narator in
windows?
Any input will be much appreciated.

I need some help, I have a semi blind client who has heard about Windows
Vista's ability to talk to you just like your software.

Do you have any advise for us?
