  Virtual viewer comes up when you bring it up with Insert F1.  It is designed 
to give you contextual help.  Once you get what you need from it, you close it. 
 The option for showing the viewer on screen is in the JAWS basic settings, but 
does not apply here.  That is, the viewer will operate if it shows on screen or 
not.  It is set to show on screen by default.

  To close the viewer, press escape.
