It happened to a co-worker today and on my wife's machine at home. Both have never used Narrator to get around JAWS not loading and to find out what was there. The co-worker issue was compounded by my not knowing what to do and thinking that she should do a system restore. Is this correct? Was it due to a video driver update and that JAWS didn't know how to handle it, thus the video intercept error? Sigh. So much to know on these things.
