very worried about a problem in IE6

HI all
I use IE6 at work because that is the application we use to do customer
surveys with clients. However, I recently discovered a real annoying
problem. All of a sudden I notice that the scripts for IE gets unloaded from
memory for some very strange reason and the scripts for Microsoft word is
loaded in its place.
If I press any IE script's keystroke nothing happens. I am busy and
suddenly I notice that the scripts doesn't want to work. For example I have
created scripts which will take me to certain spots on the page because
I have found that the place markers function doesn't work well, if I press
the keystroke for one of the place markers I have set, jaws takes me to a
completely different spot on the page as where I set the place marker.
So now I have created scripts that makes use of the find string function
which will take me to the spots on the page I often use, but anyway that is
not the problem I want to bring up in this post.
My alternative for the place markers function works well, I want to know
why the scripts for IE is replaced with word randomly, this happens often.
The reason for me knowing this, the moment I notice that my scripts in IE
doesn't want to work, I press insert+d to check which dictionary file I have
and it says Microsoft word.jdf. So if I unload jaws and load it again,
then the IE scripts are back for a while.
Its not only my scripts I have created that doesn't want to work, not even
the built in scripts for IE wants to work, such as move to heading, any IE
jaws keys troke, if I press it nothing happens, where if I press h jaws is
suppose to say no headings because the survey page only consist of tables,
buttons and radio buttons.
I have tried the function switch to configuration in a script to load IE
again but that does nothing.
Any help is much appreciated.
