The most simple thing to do would be to put Jaws on a hot key and insert
F4 out of Jaws when you are through using the computer. Tell the family
how to exit Jaws should you forget to shut it off.

I started using Jaws with 4.0 and I am now using 7.0. My family hates
having it on the computer because when they try to use it if Jaws is on,
they have a lot of trouble. The cursor keeps going back to the top of
the
page and they find it quite difficult.
