I disagree. If you want to blame someone for the WV problem look to the users of automated systems that mean to cheat or spam a site. If there were a more reliable way of blocking them I'm sure most companies would use it. And just for the record there isn't as far as I know.

Short of including OCR software in JAWS that is designed to thwart systems designed to thwart OCR, there's nothing FS can do.
