No, there are two versions. The app allows you to voice-chat on somebody
else's server. You can also set up a server yourself with the server version.
If you have a broadband connection, you can host several chats at once.
You'll need an address at a dynamic hosting service such as selfhost.com or
no-ip.com.
The program is quite configurable, and generally the voice quality exceeds
IVocalize and the chatclient program used by sites such as for-the-people.com.
