Hi there,
Is it Windows Update? Press JAWS Key plus f11
to access System Tray Icon dialog and select
the one that says "Updates are ready for your
computer" or any icon that says Update.
That's the one that you are looking for.
Usually these "update" messages are displayed
on the System Tray/Notification Data on the
bottom right of the screen.
