Lisa,

The instructions for unsubscribing are usually right underneath any message 
posted to this list.  It involves emailing a specific server address, not 
sending a post to the mailing list. it seems not to have been in your 
message, for some reason.  let's see if it reappears here, beneath mine.  It 
could be that if you don't write anything in the message area, the listserv 
doesn't add the lines with the instructions.  Just guessing.
