Be aware that turning UAC off totally gets rid of all of your IE protection 
that is there.  My opinion is if You turn off UAC you might as well stay 
with XP.  You're disableing a huge security benefit.  You might want to 
research all that UAC does to protect you in Vista before turning it off.
